Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, communications, or office support
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, customer-first approach to stakeholder relationships
- Reliability and strong organizational skills
- Efficient in using tools like Asana, Notion, or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with HRIS and Ghana labour law is a plus

The Role We’re looking for a proactive and thoughtful People & Operations Associate to help us strengthen our team experience, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and support our engagement with external partners and clients. This dynamic role brings together elements of People (HR), Office Management, and Client Engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with the People & HR Manager and teams across the organisation to build an inclusive, high-performing environment while also elevating how we connect with those we serve.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications or related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, communications, or office support. Strong writing and verbal communication skills, confident in handling professional, high-stakes correspondence. A proactive, customer-first approach to stakeholder relationships. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable. Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and using tools like Asana, Notion, or Google Workspace. Familiarity with HRIS and Ghana labour law is a plus.
