Role requirements include:
- Minimum of 5+ years of Marketplace experience (FBA, Seller Central, Keyword optimization).
- Experience in building or scaling a multi-million dollar Amazon 3P business.
- Proven commercial leadership, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners and influencing shared outcomes, and knowledge of Amazon 1P and hybrid 1P/3P structures preferred.

The role: As the Director of Amazon Marketplace, you will own and scale TOMS' global Amazon 3P business. This includes driving profitable growth, customer acquisition, and brand equity. You will be accountable for the full channel P&L and cross-functional partnerships with wholesale, marketing, and design. The role demands hands-on marketplace expertise combined with strategic leadership, and you will be responsible for building processes and teams that can deliver sustainable growth in one of TOMS' most critical digital channels.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Marketplace expertise, including Seller Central, FBA, promotional/ad tools, keyword optimization, and compliance/policy management. Additionally, 5+ years of experience in building or scaling a multi-million dollar Amazon 3P business, ideally in footwear/apparel or consumer brands, is required. You should also have proven commercial leadership skills, P&L management experience, strategic planning/forecasting abilities, and a solid track record in problem-solving and execution. Experience working with cross-functional partners and influencing them to drive shared outcomes is essential. Experience with Amazon 1P and hybrid 1P/3P structures is preferred.
