The Role Summary:

  • You will be working as a Merchandise Planning Manager for EMEA.
  • Your work would focus on developing and maintaining Line Plans, relevant assortment per delivery date, and product forecasts.
  • The role requires managing SKU productivity, inventory metrics, and pricing the EMEA assortment.


Role Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant work experience in (DTC) Merchandise planning.
  • A degree in Business or its equivalent, and proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
  • Experience with SAP BI is preferred.
  • You should be highly organized, self-motivated, ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role: As a Merchandise Planning Manager for EMEA, you will develop and maintain Line Plans by collaborating with Global Merchants to ensure an EMEA relevant assortment at SKU number level, aligned with topline financial and strategic plans. You will ensure relevant assortment per delivery date is available for sell-in and develop and maintain product forecasts utilizing trend, market feedback, account forecasts, competitive information, and market conditions to support business growth. Additionally, you will manage and direct SKU productivity, ensuring planned inventory metrics are achieved, and price the EMEA assortment on SKU level to ensure product margins are in line with financial plans.

Job requirements: You are expected to have 5+ years of relevant work experience in (DTC) Merchandise planning, a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Experience with SAP BI is preferable. You should be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
