You'll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Technical Leads in order to meet requirements and allocate resources effectively. Ideally, candidates should have 5 to 8 years of experience in IT or product delivery, with significant tenure in a leadership role. Desirable qualities involve excellent cross-functional and stakeholder management skills as well as a comprehensive understanding of software delivery lifecycles and Agile practices. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Atlassian Product Discovery, and Confluence - coupled with EdTech experience - would be advantageous. About the role We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our Engineering team. This role involves planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely, within-scope, and quality delivery of product initiatives. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Technical Leads to translate product and business requirements into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient resource allocation.
Job requirements The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in IT or product delivery, with a significant portion in a management or leadership role. You should possess strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills, a solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles, and familiarity with Agile practices. Proficiency in Jira, Atlassian Product Discovery, and Confluence is a bonus, along with experience in Education technology (EdTech).
