Role Requirements

About the Role: Based at the EMEA HQ in Amsterdam, you’ll join a young, dynamic, and informal team. As a Finance Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of finance, including Accounts Receivable, Reporting, and FP&A support. You’ll work closely with the Finance team on day-to-day processes and month-end activities, contributing directly to TOMS’ financial operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll do: Accounts Receivable (AR): Prepare and distribute the weekly Aging Report. Perform semi-daily AR clearing (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays). Support collections and reconciliation activities. Reporting: Assist with EMEA P&L and month-end reporting packs. Refresh Trial Balance and other reports during month-end close. Help with E-commerce reporting and analytics. Continuous Improvement & Projects: Create and maintain workflow documentation for finance processes. Support with audit preparation and data requests. Assist with finance-related projects to enhance reporting and process efficiency.
Job requirements: This internship is only open to students residing in the Netherlands, preferably around Amsterdam (no relocation). Currently enrolled in a Dutch college/university for the entire internship period. You are fluent in English (both verbal and spoken). Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
