Role Summary

Role Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or people operations role
- Knowledge of California and federal employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience in compensation/pay equity analysis, benefits, HRIS administration, and compliance programs
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The role: As a People & Culture Manager at TOMS, you will be at the heart of our people operations. This role involves supporting various HR functions including onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and culture initiatives. You will ensure the HR engine runs smoothly and that every employee feels valued, supported, and connected to our mission of Using Business to Improve Lives. You will partner across teams to deliver seamless employee experiences, from onboarding and benefits to performance programs and employee relations. Your role will also involve compensation analysis, pay equity reviews, and supporting HR projects that align with company priorities.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist or people operations role. A solid understanding of California and federal employment laws and HR best practices is essential. Experience in compensation or pay equity analysis, benefits, HRIS administration, and compliance programs is highly desirable. Strong project management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
