About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Project and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a dual-function role in a small company with big ambitions, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and is confident managing multiple priorities.

You will play a key role in keeping digital projects on track while also supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across our digital channels.

If you're excited by understanding how a business really works, working closely with and learning from a leadership team, and evolving as the company does, this could be a great fit.

Key responsibilities

Marketing support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, website, and paid advertising.
  • Coordinate content creation with internal teams and external partners, such as blogs, case studies, and webinars.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts and broader marketing communications.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including list management, scheduling, and performance reporting.
  • Update website content and marketing materials as required.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports to inform future activity.
  • Coordinate promotional materials, events, and webinars from planning through to delivery.
  • Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all marketing channels and materials.

Project coordination

  • Maintain project schedules, timelines, and task tracking using project management tools.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities across digital projects, ensuring work progresses smoothly and deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with consultants, designers and developers to gather project updates and flag risks early.
  • Organise and document project meetings, record action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Assist with quality checks (e.g. proofreading, functional testing) on course content prior to release, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Reporting and business support

  • Pull together sales and project invoicing reports from existing data sources, presenting findings in clear summaries or dashboards for review.
  • Maintain accurate records and data across CRM, project management, and spreadsheet tools (HubSpot, Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Provide general administrative support to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks as needed.

About you

You will bring a combination of strong organisational skills and marketing know-how, along with the ability to communicate effectively across teams. You are comfortable working independently and collaborating with all members of the team, including the leadership team.

You will have:

  • Experience in a project coordination, marketing, or similar administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Teamwork or similar).
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and spreadsheets (Google Sheets) for reporting and data management.
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience working in Digital Learning, EdTech, Change, or a creative agency / consultancy environment.
  • Experience with paid digital advertising (Google Ads or similar).
  • Basic website content management experience (e.g. WordPress or similar CMS).
