Job requirements
About You
- Senior brand leadership experience in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or culturally-driven consumer brands
- Proven track record of transitioning or expanding a brand into new categories
- Deep understanding of Gen Z & Millennial behaviour, taste, and the D2C/organic playbook
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams across brand, copy, and art direction
- A portfolio that demonstrates cultural literacy, brand elevation, and contemporary storytelling
- A strategic thinker and strong operator, able to turn ideas into systems and measurable outcomes

What You'll Own
- Brand strategy & world-building
- Define Papier's evolution into a cross-category lifestyle brand with a multi-year narrative rooted in cultural intelligence.
- Creative direction
- Lead and quality-control outputs across art direction, copy, content, and brand identity across every touchpoint.
- Cultural intelligence
- Act as Papier's internal cultural radar — tracking Gen Z taste, creators, aesthetics, and marketplace shifts.
- Organic social & growth
- Set strategy and KPIs across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Build a test-learn-iterate framework for Gen Z content.
- Team leadership
- Manage and mentor Brand, Copy & Content, and Creative teams. Build a culture of creativity, insight, and performance.
- Execution & delivery
- Turn brand strategy into seasonal campaigns, collection launches, partnerships, and retail moments that drive real commercial impact.
