Role Summary:

  • Handle all sales activities, ranging from lead generation to deal-closing, with assigned Distributors/Agents and territories.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure alignment with company's vision and values.
  • Achieve strategic sales targets and growth.
  • Evaluate prospective territories across EMEA for business potential.
  • Support the Sales Manager with daily tasks.

Role Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and German and multilingual skills.
  • Experience in the footwear or branded lifestyle industry, with knowledge of EMEA regional markets.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Client-oriented, ambitious, confident, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong social, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and perform both independently and within a team.

The role: As an Account Manager, you will handle all sales activities with assigned Distributors / Agents and territories, from lead generation to closing deals. You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals align with our company's vision and values. Your responsibilities will include delivering strategic targets and sales growth, working with Distributors / Agents, evaluating prospect territories across EMEA for business potential, and supporting the Sales Manager with daily tasks.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will be multilingual, with proficiency in English and German. Experience in the footwear or branded lifestyle industry and knowledge of regional markets across EMEA are essential. You should possess excellent negotiating and sales skills, be client-oriented, ambitious, confident, and proactive. Good social, organizational, and administrative skills are crucial, as is the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and operate both independently and within a team.
