Recruitment & Talent Lead

The Recruitment & Talent Lead will play a key role in shaping how Foundervine and the organisations we support build strong teams. Working closely with the People & HR Manager and leadership teams, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across Foundervine and Canopy (Our strategic HR and recruitment delivery partner built to support founders and mission-led organisations in building strong teams from the ground up), managing multiple hiring pipelines while ensuring recruitment processes are structured, efficient, and high quality. This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with operational thinking. You will partner with founders and hiring managers to identify talent needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and introduce systems and tools that improve hiring outcomes. It is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, and takes ownership of building effective recruitment practices that enable organisations to grow.
