The Role: As a Footwear Product Developer at TOMS, you will drive the successful execution of seasonal footwear collections from concept to production. This role acts as the product bridge for sample request creation and oversees development milestones. You will manage cross-functional collaboration with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams, ensuring timely communication across the product lifecycle. Leveraging tools like Airtable for tracking and reporting, you will ensure transparency, maintain product quality and comfort standards, and align with margin objectives.

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with footwear constructions, materials, and problem-solving. You should be team-oriented, working in collaboration and cross-functionally with other areas. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and Product Line Management systems is essential. Strong communication, analytical reporting, and project management skills are required. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, and 2-year design/product degrees from schools like Otis, FIDM, Fashion Institute are also preferred.

Benefits: This Direct Hire role offers a target annual salary range of $90,000 - $95,000 depending on experience, plus an annual bonus based on the company's performance. The position is hybrid, requiring you to come into our Culver City, CA office 1-2 days a week.
