Full role profile: Hospitality Training Coordinator At Fair Shot, we believe that if a person with a learning disability wants to work, they can. As our Hospitality Training Coordinator, you will help turn that belief into reality by supporting learners on their journey from training to employment. You will coordinate our hospitality training programme, build strong relationships with learners and partners, and ensure every individual receives the support they need to develop skills, confidence and career opportunities.
