Life at Papier We give you the flexibility and autonomy so you can do your work your way. We're passionate about offering ownership and responsibility to every individual in our team, all within a feedback culture where transparency is key. When it comes to office hours, we have a hybrid working pattern. Each week, you spend Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at Maison Papier – our lovely office in Camden filled with natural light, colourful moodboards and the occasional dog. On Mondays & Fridays you can work from home, or for three weeks a year you can work anywhere in the world using our Work from Anywhere allowance.

Our perks and benefits Community comes first From our ‘family lunch’ on Tuesdays to fun team socials, connecting and celebrating with one another in person is important to us. We also provide two paid volunteering days per year, so you can help a cause you feel strongly about.

Taking care of you We offer private healthcare, 50% off gym memberships and a Cycle to Work scheme, plus free mindfulness sessions and access to mental health support. Once a week, everyone at Papier also gets a wellness hour – 60 minutes to log off and take a little time for yourself.

Creativity is our heart and soul Our in-house designers host monthly creative workshops, and we run regular ‘school trips’ to galleries. You'll also receive a yearly Papier stationery allowance and £40 monthly cultural allowance to spend on gigs, exhibitions, theatre tickets, books – anything that inspires you.

Our sustainability efforts The planet means the world to us, so we try to make and create consciously. We choose sustainably sourced paper, recyclable packaging and the majority of our products are made to order, which means less waste and reduced carbon emissions.
