2025 was an incredibly exciting year for us at Fair Shot! And now in 2026, we’re building towards our next 2-year strategy which will massively widen our scope for impact. Our goal is to directly support 60 young adults with learning disabilities into paid employment every 5 years, and to support a further 500+ through training, education and consultancy. To make this happen, we’re looking for people to join us on the journey! We’re currently looking for: Trustees (Voluntary Board Roles) With expertise in the following.
