We’re recruiting a full-time Programme Officer to join GoodWork in October 2026 and support the delivery of our programmes. You’ll work closely with our programmes team to coordinate and deliver high-quality programmes, manage volunteers and work directly with young people.

GoodWork is a non-profit. We support high-potential young people who face systemic barriers to access the employability skills training and opportunities they need to transition successfully into the workforce. We deliver pioneering programmes that connect employers with talent, engage teams to deliver social impact and empower the next generation.
