We're delighted to be recruiting an Operations Manager to join GoodWork in autumn 2026 and take ownership of our internal operations. This is a new, senior role reporting directly to our CEO and the successful applicant will join our small Leadership Team - a great opportunity for an experienced operations professional to build and shape this function as GoodWork grows.

GoodWork is a non-profit. We support high-potential young people who face systemic barriers to access the employability skills training and opportunities they need to transition successfully into the workforce. We deliver pioneering programmes that connect employers with talent, engage teams to deliver social impact and empower the next generation.
