The Role: As a Sales Advisor, you will be part of our Advisor Team with the mission to attract the best childminders for tiney. You will be the first point of contact for potential childminders, managing customer pipelines up to the training stage. This role requires excellent organizational skills, urgency in work, and a genuine care for your responsibilities.
Job Requirements: Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in an office environment. You should be competitive, resilient, a great listener, and excellent at communication. Being organized and able to work in a fast-paced, tech-first environment is crucial. A clear DBS check and high-quality references are required for this role.

Logistics: This is a hybrid role requiring you to work 2 days a week in our London office, with the remainder from home. The interview process includes an initial video call, a written task, a role-specific interview, and a general interview focusing on values and learning aspirations.
