What will you be doing?

Brent CLT has been built by volunteers who care passionately about Brent and believe local communities should have a stronger voice in shaping the places they live.

We’re currently developing our first community-led housing project in Stonebridge, NW10, which will deliver 19 genuinely affordable homes for local people.

This is a really exciting stage for Brent CLT. We’ve come a long way thanks to the energy, ideas and commitment of our volunteers and our first project is helping turn our vision of community-led housing into reality

What are we looking for?

We’d particularly encourage applications from people who
represent any of the following to help us make sure Brent CLT remains ambitious, inclusive, well-run and focused on local needs:

  • Are from minority or underrepresented communities
  • Have a connection to Brent and an interest in making a positive difference locally.
  • Can bring additional Board-level skills and experience, particularly in:
    Finance and fundraising
    Organisational development
    Housing development
  • Can bring fresh ideas, constructive challenge and a willingness to work as part of a
    team.

What difference will you make?

As we move into the next phase of our development, we’re looking to expand our Board and bring new skills, experience and perspectives into the team. At least three new Board members are sought.
