Organisation summary (max 150 words)

Why aren't there more women in tech and entrepreneurship? It's a complex issue, but here at Code First: Girls we do believe one thing - tech shouldn't just be a boys club. We are a social enterprise that tackles the issue by doing three things: supporting women with personal and professional skills, connecting them with a community, and helping companies recruit female tech talent. Over the past three years we have taught over 3000 women to code, delivered £1.5 million of free education, and helped companies recruit talented women into tech roles.
