About us
At Arbor, we’re on a mission to transform the way schools work for the better.
You’ve probably seen the headlines. Heavy workloads, constant change, admin pressure on teachers and staff at every level… sometimes it feels like this is just part and parcel of school life today. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
At Arbor, we passionately believe that there’s a better way to work. And it starts by giving everyone the right tools and technology for the job. Over 2,500 schools and trusts use our products to work more collaboratively, free staff from busywork, and drive their schools forward.
You’ll join a scaleup, high-growth sales team at a time when Arbor is becoming the most popular software-as-a-service (SAAS) Management Information Systems (MIS) in England.
About the job
Schools are still battling against the kind of out-of-date, legacy software systems that scatter a student’s story into siloes. Critical information can slip through the cracks, and patching it back together wastes time teachers don’t have.
Your role is to turn this around, by helping school leaders to buy Arbor’s MIS.
You’ll spend your first months at Arbor qualifying, educating, and nurturing schools from our inbound channels. When you understand schools, their challenges, and how Arbor can genuinely help, you’ll move into outbound lead generation. We’ll give you the tools and guidance to succeed, but you’ll shape your own impact.
As the fifth member of Arbor’s Sales Representative Team, you’re serious about why you go to work. Leaving your mark on sales development in a high-growth, tech scaleup is your kind of challenge; and we look forward to supporting you to do it!
