We have an opportunity for you to join our Private Client team as our Private Client Manager

for the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). CAF’s Private Client team offer the market leading Donor Advised Fund’s for both UK and dual US/UK tax payers, helping individuals give to the charitable causes that they care about. The role will be based part in the office and part working from home.

Philanthropy, impact investing and sustainable finance are likely to be key drivers through a period of significant social change in response to the successive economic, health and environmental crises faced by millions of people across the globe and CAF. Join us and play a significant role in delivering CAF’s ambitious plans for growth in the global philanthropy landscape.

You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week. Working hours are 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch but flexibility is available.

As our Private Client Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• To become a trusted philanthropy advisor to (U)HNW donors and their other independent professional advisors;
• Client Relationship Management - to achieve a range of stretching KPI’s, focused on achieving outstanding client satisfaction through the delivery of exemplary service;
• Business Development - to grow sales of CAF products and services, as part of the CAF integrated philanthropy service to (Ultra) High Net Worth Individuals

Skills required of our Private Client Manager:

• Proven track record of relationship managing a portfolio of HNW clients.  
• Experienced and confident at prospecting and networking with potential new clients.
• Proactive approach to managing clients’ philanthropic strategies
