Launched in September 2020 and in reply to the George Floyd murder, Flair is considered to be one of the UK’s hottest tech start-ups. Having recently secured $1.8m of seed funding led by Hoxton Ventures, it’s an incredibly exciting time to be part of this fast growing and mission-driven business. In a few short months, our team has grown from 7 to 20 and we will continue to grow as the business expands into America later this year. 

The Content Marketing Manager has an exciting opportunity to explore new tactics and grow a content team in this high-growth start-up. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing and working closely with the Sales and Partnerships Team, you will play a crucial part in building Flair’s brand awareness and generating leads. 

The position is fully remote with monthly team meetups in London. We know that everyone has a different style of working, so we offer our employees coworking memberships and plenty of internal collaboration opportunities.  

As a Content Marketing Manager, your main objectives are:

  • To manage the creation of compelling, value led B2B content that tells Flair’s story. You will be accountable for both the strategy and distribution of scalable campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
  • Work with the Head of Growth Marketing to create a strategic content calendar aimed at different buyer personas and phases of the buyer journey (blogs, research reports, guides, video, case studies, product guides etc).
  • Creating content funnels for distribution via paid, organic, and email marketing to ensure we hit the right audience with the right message at the right time.
  • Use segmentation, targeting, and positioning to develop efficient and streamlined communications.
  • To be the main contact for Flair’s content marketing agency, editing blogs and guides to ensure the creation of quality content to meet the timelines laid out in the content calendar and tracking progress towards SEO goals.
  • To be the main contact for Flair’s PR agency to ensure all comms are aligned with Flair’s key messaging and tone of voice.

Minimum Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in successful B2B multi-channel marketing 
  • Excellent writing & storytelling skills
  • A strategic thinker who recognises how to measure, test and optimise content to achieve clear KPIs at different stages of the sales cycle 
  • Editorial skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative - you think outside the box and aren’t afraid to try new ideas
  • A passion for and knowledge of racial equity 

It would be great if you:

  • Can hit the ground running with Hubspot
  • Previously worked at an early stage or fast growing company 
  • Knowledge of SEO is preferable 
  • Experience of managing complex tasks and projects, collaborating and managing stakeholders.
