Role Summary

  • Drive success across the sales and acquisition journey.
  • Be responsible for the performance strategy, processes, and outcomes that impact conversion and growth.
  • Spend most of your time enhancing and overseeing the performance of our Advisor team.
  • Work closely with advisors to develop skills, increase productivity, and deliver excellent results.

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales management, performance coaching, or commercial operations.
  • Proficient in managing high volume sales funnel and consistently hitting targets.
  • Experience in a leadership role, with skills in managing or coaching a sales/advisory team, setting targets, and driving performance.
  • A process-oriented approach, with strong skills in using dashboards, KPIs, and insights to guide actions.

The role: As our Inbound Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving success across the entire sales and acquisition journey, ensuring prospective childminders move smoothly from initial interest to full activation. You will be responsible for owning the performance strategy, processes, and outcomes that directly impact conversion and overall growth. The majority of your time will be focused on improving and managing the performance of our Advisor team. You will act as both a coach and a strategist working closely with advisors to develop skills, increase productivity, and deliver consistently excellent results. This role is central to accelerating growth, improving efficiency, and helping more brilliant educators join the Tiney community.

Job requirements: You must have sales performance or revenue operations experience, with at least 2+ years in sales management, performance coaching, or commercial operations. Experience of a high volume sales funnel and hitting target consistently is required. You should be experienced in selling and coaching in a consultative sales process and have team leadership experience, including managing or coaching a sales or advisory team, setting targets, and driving performance. A process-oriented approach is essential, comfortable using dashboards, KPIs, and insights to guide action, skilled at building structure, improving workflows, and enhancing playbooks.
