At tiney, we are on a mission to unlock the potential of every child by transforming early years education. We are a fast-growing startup, founded in 2018 by a team from Teach First and graze.com. We've raised £12m from top European VCs and are already one of the UK's top 5 childcare providers by childcare places. In 2024, we were named one of the UK & Ireland's 100 fastest-growing startups and shortlisted for the Global EdTech Prize.

The role: As an Associate Support Engineer, you will be integral to our team, providing internal technical support and helping childminders and families with technical issues. You will also support our product & engineering team by investigating bugs and improving system operations. This role involves monthly travel to London for in-person days and off-sites, although it is primarily remote-first.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone who is curious about technology, with strong communication skills and a reliable working style. You should enjoy problem-solving and be proactive in looking for long-term solutions. Experience in supporting users, managing devices, or working with SaaS tools is beneficial but not required.

Benefits: We offer a starting salary of up to £28k per annum, stock options, 28 days annual leave (including Christmas shutdown), company-funded childcare contribution (up to £5k per year), paid reflection day + birthday day off, therapy support via Self Space, sabbatical after 5 years, life and long-term sickness insurance, and hybrid working flexibility.

Our commitment: tiney is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We encourage applications from all qualified individuals, especially those who are underrepresented in the tech field.
