Role Summary
- Providing technical support to both internal teams and childminders and families externally.
- Assisting the product & engineering team through troubleshooting and system enhancements.
- This role includes remote work with monthly travel to London for in-person meetings.

The role: As an Associate Support Engineer, you will be integral to our team, providing internal technical support and helping childminders and families with technical issues. You will also support our product & engineering team by investigating bugs and improving system operations. This role involves monthly travel to London for in-person days and off-sites, although it is primarily remote-first.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone who is curious about technology, with strong communication skills and a reliable working style. You should enjoy problem-solving and be proactive in looking for long-term solutions. Experience in supporting users, managing devices, or working with SaaS tools is beneficial but not required.
