Job summary
To provide wide-ranging support to the Programme Delivery Manager of the ERDF Brighton
Research and Innovation Technology Exchange (BRITE) project facilitating successful delivery of the
BRITE Innovation Programmes. The role will provide administrative and programme delivery support
with reliable and strong attention to detail enabling the team to deliver and maintain a high quality
of service for participants.
Location: Brighton
Hours: Standard office hours with an occasional out-of-hours requirement to assist the Programme
Delivery Manager in delivering successful events for the programmes.
Flexible and agile working whenever possible.
Option of part time, 4 days a week available
Main Duties:
• Supporting the Programme Delivery Manager in delivering multiple fast-paced innovation programmes for the BRITE project and providing administrative support to the ERDF Project Manager
- Sending ERDF Sign Up paperwork via Docusign
- Checking complete applications and uploading into business folder
- Updating the ERDF tracker (with data from the Sign Up form and hours of support received)
- Some BRITE staff timesheets
- Processing and tracking programme applications, liaising with applicants and working closely with the Programme Delivery Manager and other key stakeholders on the team to ensure that businesses meet the eligibility criteria
- Tracking and filing relevant application data and documentation. Ensuring that it is consistent and up-to-date at all times for audit purposes
- Managing the onboarding and off boarding process for programme participants
- Supporting the Programme Delivery Manager and Marketing Manager in capturing case studies and engaging BRITE community and alumni communications through the BRITE Outlook account, Slack and newsletters in addition to in person engagement
- Coordinating BRITE programme events and ensuring excellent execution from start to end; this will include liaising with speakers, organising catering, room hire and AV to support the Programme Delivery Manager in creating and delivering consistent best-in- class programmes
- Maintaining and monitoring the feedback process to ensure a high customer satisfaction for the programme participants at each stage, regularly sharing feedback with the Programme Delivery Manager and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
- To collaborate with other team members, undertaking other duties appropriate to the grade of the post when required
Key Result Areas
- Positive programme feedback from all programme participants
- Reliable and consistent execution of in person programmes
- Accurate and up-to-date data for applicants and those on programmes created and maintained in a timely manner for project output reporting
- Maintaining and supporting project documentation for audit purposes

- Internal: BRITE Programme Manager, BRITE Project Manager
- External: Delivery Partner Programme Coordinator

Salary and Benefits
salary range: £23,000-£27,000 dependent upon experience
