This is a unique opportunity. We're initially looking to hire a growth manager to take our fitness game Stride to the next level. The role will be responsible for planning and delivery of all growth activities related to app. Once we have proven we work well together, our hope is you would progress to become a co-founder and growth minded CEO within 6 months. Ideally you are:

What is Stride
An iOS and Android game for runners and walkers where players compete to own the territory they run through. The real world is divided into hexagonal tiles, and the aim is to own the most tiles in your local area. Stride is live around the world. You can check us out on the app store here.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to grow, and long term to lead, a fun product with the potential to change the health of millions of players around the world. The role will initially focus on growing our active user base, and wider brand awareness. Within 6-12 months, based on performance, the role would progress into C-Suite or even business leadership. Reflecting your alignment to business success, the compensation would be base level salary with a generous share package and bonus scheme. We're open to applications from candidates of all experience levels. Whether you're an industry veteran with years of experience, or a junior with the energy and enthusiasm to drive global growth.
