Who are we
To Hani (han:travelers inn, 'happy'' and ''carefree'' in Arabic!…) is a Coliving & Coworking space in Paramytha village, 12km from Limassol, Cyprus. We are based in a charming 100+ years old historic building, recently revived into the first coliving space on the island. To Hani welcomes digital nomads and remote workers from all over the world who make To Hani their home for some weeks to months on end to live, be productive, connect, and explore the island.
Our mission is to change the way people live, work and play. It's simple. We believe that spaces become better when shared with people and people lead inspiring lives when connected with a like-minded community.
After almost one year of running To Hani, we are now ready to welcome you to join our team (we are not that big, we’re currently just 1 ½ people running the place!:)
If you are interested and excited in taking the responsibility of running a coliving space and community on the island, this role might very well interest you. This is not the usual management role, this position involves being part of a coliving community while at the same time managing. It comes with its own set of challenges and a bag full of fun moments, socializing, inspiration, and learning. If you think you have what it takes and are open to this new adventure, we’d love to hear from you, so read ahead…
Your new home
To Hani has kept its charm and a character that takes us back to those early 19th century travel days on the island. We love and admire old buildings and this is one of the main reasons we chose to bring life back to To Hani whilst preserving its character and historic charm.
Our coliving spaces are thoughtfully redesigned in such a way to help bring people together to live, work, connect, unwind, learn, create and play. Our large spaces allow our guests to keep a good balance of privacy and alone time while having a sense of connecting and belonging to the community.
To Hani Coliving consists of 9 cozy en suite bedrooms, a large communal area, open plan work-friendly space, a fully-equipped master chef-like kitchen, and large outdoors with a hammock or two, an organic veggie garden, and fruit trees (get ready to taste our seasonal oranges, lemons, apricots and mandarins) . Our outdoors are ideal for resting, working, creating and exercising during those long spring and summer days. Our winter days are best spent in our cozy communal living area next to the fireplace.
Who’s in the community
Our guests are multicultural professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, remote workers, digital nomads, explorers, seekers, life lovers. People join us from all corners of the world from different professional backgrounds and stories (this is exactly what we love!). We all have one thing in common, we come together, to experience living and working from an inspiring place, to explore island life, and be open to learning and growing from one another, whilst working on our projects, start-up ideas, and work commitments.
To Hani Coliving facilitates and hosts co-created activities, workshops, skillshares, family-style dinners, and island weekend excursions. Our community calendar is co-created and depends on the group of people joining us at any given time.
We also have a dog & two cats that have recently joined our community. We are a pet-friendly coliving, yet, we have a limited number of pets joining us at any given time. If you have a pet, let us know, and we will try to make them feel like home!

You’ll be having fun on most days. Having fun comes with responsibilities
- Responsible for running the day-to-day of To Hani. Running a co-living space is very different every day. You will have to be flexible and able to solve any issues that arise. Don't expect routine. On some days, you may have to call in the plumber, and on some other days, you will be responsible for arranging the logistics of a fun wine tasting weekend excursion, board games night or a yoga class. This is part of the co-living fun!

- Helping around the house, and sometimes this may involve cleaning and getting your hands dirty. You are willing to participate in the day-to-day various housekeeping projects to ensure the space is kept in good condition. We have a professional cleaner who joins us once a week and we encourage a clean up after yourself culture, however, on a day-to-day, you’ll have to ensure that the space is kept clean and tidy
- You’ll be responsible for reporting any problems that arise to our offsite team. You’ll be the one running the day-to-day of To Hani, but don’t worry, you'll be well-resourced and the offsite team will be available to support you throughout.
This lifestyle comes with a lot of responsibility, but also a lot of freedom. We always love to hear about how you’d like to run things.
What do you get in exchange
- A basic salary. We're just starting off and are looking to grow together, so we can set clear opportunities for growth based on success. We offer a home+transport+an income to help cover all your expenses living on the island
- A budget for on the ground activities and excursions
- You’ll make To Hani your home: You’ll be staying onsite in a private double ensuite room in our charming building and you’ll have access to all our spaces (fully equipped kitchen, work-friendly space, common living areas, and large gardens). You’ll basically get everything a normal guest would get. It’s your home after all!
- We’ll give you a car to use for community excursions, grocery shopping, and for your own private time escapes
- Networking and building connections. You’ll join our digital nomad/remote work community, meet & socialize with people from all over (our guests), whilst working, living, and exploring the island
- Being part of a growing coliving community
- Hours and working days are open to discussion
- An opportunity to build your own passion project on the side and within the community to help you earn extra cash (yoga days, team building activities, events, etc). We give you the space and you can create. We are open to hearing your proposals.
