Role Summary:
- Create and manage impactful content to promote the tiney brand
- Manage and contribute to various social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Be involved in video production, editing, and online user engagement
Role Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a high-speed environment or established personal channels
- Proficient in content creation that results in user growth or converted leads
- Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt tone to different media
- Experience in video creation, editing, and comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and strategies

The Role: As a Content Marketing Associate, you will be instrumental in creating high-impact content to increase awareness, engagement, and trust in the tiney brand. You will be responsible for creating and publishing content across various social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Additionally, you will write copy for emails and blogs to drive engagement and convert new childminders to our network. Your role will also involve filming and editing short-form videos, engaging with our community online, and conducting user research to gather actionable insights.
Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment or someone who has successfully built their own channels. You should have a proven track record of creating content that drives growth, engagement, or conversion. Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt your tone across different channels are essential. Experience in video production and editing, as well as a deep understanding of social media platforms and content strategies, are crucial.
