Our co-founders (Tara and Susan) are two best mates who had the idea for FLO while chatting in the bathrooms in between classes at LSE and ultimately launched it in 2017. 2020 was a crazy – in so many ways! - year for us, and along with our UK retailers like Boots, Whole Foods and Holland & Barrett, you can now find us in national retailers in France, the Netherlands and the United States. Our small yet vibrantly energetic team of 10 has gained loads of momentum — with frequent features in major press like Vogue, ELLE, Glamour, The Independent and Forbes.

Our Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing our network of warehouses, customers and sales agents across the UK, USA and EU. Managing a small but growing portfolio of export partners (distributors and retailers) in Europe and the United States.

You will work on:

• Being The Friendly Face of Flo: You will be the first point of contact for all our key customer partners and responsible for managing their orders and queries in a timely and Flo-Friendly way. By knowing all customer requirements and sales order patterns like the back of your hand, you will proactively communicate with our sales teams regarding any issues that arise and have a solution focused mindset in getting things resolved.
• Keeping Us Flo-ing: You will work with the wider team (internally and with external partners) to ensure we have everything we need to supply our customers, this will include managing the day to day relationship with our busy warehouses in the USA and UK. You will work with the Supply Chain Manager to provide the warehouses with monthly forecasts, as well measuring and reporting on their performance versus KPIs in review meetings.
• Systems and Processes: maintaining our sales order processing system to ensure that all information is being kept up to date and making recommendations for improvements to the Supply Chain Manager and Director.

Your skills:

• Analytically-capable: You won’t shy away from qualitative & quantitative research, you can dabble into a basic spreadsheet and can help us gather customer insights from a wide range of resources
• Organised + ambitious: We’re looking for someone who is incredibly proactive and can manage multiple projects at once; who can be flexible and organise their own schedule to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter: Start-ups are as exciting and edgy as you think, with every day bringing new amazing opportunities. You’ll need to be solutions-focused and self-driven.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and prior experience with supply chain management software (Unleashed) (preferred).
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

We are offering:



• Compensation: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, based on experience.
