Academy Business Development Manager

This is a unique opportunity to play an important role in LEYF’s plans to expand our social impact. LEYF’s social purpose is to give London’s children the best start in life through the highest quality Early Years education, especially those who otherwise may not be able to access or afford it. To achieve this mission, we have developed a repeatable model that enables us to operate 39 high-quality nurseries throughout London.

We are looking to expand the scope and scale of our L&D offering, and to increasingly offer elements of the LEYF Training Academy externally over time. This will enable us to share our model and extend our internal training and research right across the global Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector, playing a significant part in delivering quality pedagogy to our children and colleagues across the global ECEC sector.

The Academy Business Development Manager will be responsible for designing, establishing, and commercialising this external offering. You would report directly to the Director of Strategy & Business Development, and will also work closely with the CEO, Head of Pedagogy, and members of the L&D team.
