About the role

We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join our Operations team and support people on life-changing journeys out of homelessness.

After an intensive training period, you’ll work with homeless people to understand the risks in their lives and to support them to reach their goals.

You’ll be

• Meeting Beam Members one to one, supporting them practically and emotionally to get great jobs and homes
• Managing a caseload of Members with confidence and clear boundary-setting
• Designing plans to help Members reach their goals
• Working with our awesome in-house tech tools
• Making a measurable difference by hitting social impact goals
• Helping us to develop and improve our operational model

We have a four-stage interview process, giving you plenty of time to learn about Beam while we get to know you.

1. 30-minute video call with our Talent Manager
2. Timed practical test, giving you a better sense of the role
3. Short presentation with our Operations Team
4. 2-3 final interviews with people at Beam
