Job Brief
The Risk & Compliance team plays a key role in protecting our customers and Moneybox and works closely with the rest of the business. Reporting to the Risk Manager, you will play a key role in building the risk part of the team, maturing our approach to risk assessment and management.
What You’ll Do
Working closely with the Risk Manager and the rest of the Risk & Compliance team, you will help Moneybox build a best in class risk management framework. You will be involved in, but not limited to, these duties: Enhancing the risk management framework. Monitoring operational errors to ensure effective management and identifying trends and root causes. Preparing reports and analysis for the Head of Risk & Compliance and relevant committees, including the Board Risk Committee. Assisting in periodic risk assessments, including scenario and stress testing. Advising the business on risk management. Maintaining relevant policies and other documents. Contribute to broader work carried out by the team to continually enhance controls.Who you are
