We’re looking for an exceptional Global Sales Intern to join the Global superstar team at Too Good To Go.
This internship is for 6 months and is located in Paris.
Your mission
The Global Indies Team lead and inspire Inbound and Outbound communities in all Too Good To Go countries. AsourGlobal Sales Intern, you will work alongside the Director of Indies Sales, the inbound managers and the two outbound managers, dividing your time between Inbound Sales (70%) and Outbound Sales (30%).
Together with your team, you will support countries to excel in their execution of their inbound and outbound sales strategy through major global projects.
Your role
- You will assist the Global Indies team in coaching and leading the multicultural indies teams at Too Good To Go. Together, you will nurture an environment where countries can take responsibility for their performance, objectives and personnel development.
- You will drive the results of the indies teams via monthly performance reporting, focusing on KPI’s fundamentals for the Inbound and Outbound department such as New Supplying Stores, and retention of stores after the first month of onboarding.
- You will ensure knowledge and best practices sharing between the countries with the implementation of global projects in countries, and you will also provide tracking of their implementation.
- 70% of your time will be devoted to work closely with the Global Inbound Manager in the implementation of Inbound Projects in order to increase our efficiency and impact in our key KPI’s.
- 30% of your time will be devoted to work closely with Global Outbound Managers in the implementation of Outbound Projects in order to increase our efficiency and impact in our key KPI’s.
Requirements
- You are able to extract and analyze data and provide executive summaries to global management.
- Previous experience of working within a fast paced Sales role, working knowledge of Salesforce would be a great benefit.
- Full professional proficiency in English
- You think analytically and are solution-oriented, with strong project management skills.
- You are process-focused, continuously documenting and improving processes, sharing learnings with the global indies team.
- You are a first-class communicator and are able to draw on those skills to set the bar high.
- You are highly organized and can build structures and processes that meet business needs.
- For this role, you must be able to travel on a monthly basis.
