We are looking for 2x Sales Executives to join our London Team - this is a great opportunity to launch your career into an amazing industry, with one of the most exciting, and fastest-growing start-up soft drinks brands in the UK.
You will be working closely with the senior leadership team at Punchy, and joining a super passionate, high performing team. You will play a key role in our mission to grow our presence within the on-trade and beyond!
Sales Executive – London
The Opportunity
The London Sales Executive will nurture and build relationships with our existing client base, as well as drive new business, and support our sales strategy.
You’ll need to be both hands-on and strategic, ensuring to build collaborative relationships that will deliver for both Punchy and the customer.
Reporting into: Charlie Hobhouse, Partner and Head of Sales, & Paddy Cavanagh-Butler, Founder
What you’ll be responsible for
- Delivering the company’s Sales and Profit targets for the On-Trade channel – through enhancing our performance within our existing channels
- Maximising distribution of Punchy through developing strong relationships with all relevant On Trade customers, wholesalers, their sales teams, and decision makers to implement a strategy driven for success
- Account management and nurturing our existing portfolio of Punchy customers
- Building relationships with prospective customers, growing our customer base and distribution with the finest on-trade and retail partners
- Delivering brilliant category and customer activation plans to drive customer engagement and ROS
- Continually developing your understanding of the softs deinks industry, with a data driven approach to sales
- Providing insights to the business and maintain an up-to-date CRM and any business essential administration
What we’ll be looking for in our candidates:
The successful candidate will be a bright, hands on and commercially-minded individual. They will be humble, engaging, resilient and able to act at speed. The candidate will have high integrity, outstanding communication and organisational skills, a glass-half full mentality, sound, pragmatic business judgement, and be dynamic, energising and entrepreneurial.

- A passion for the drinks industry and a love of the hospitality space
- Tenacious, ambitious, self-sufficient, great with people and a real team player
- You are results orientated, think commercially, you’re a great relationship builder and brand ambassador
- Have the drive to work within a small, fast paced and entrepreneurial environment where no task is too small
- Ability to prioritise and efficiently manage both your time and your workload
Key Attributes:
- Great knowledge of your area and the general retail and on-trade landscape
- 1-2 years’ experience within an on-trade sales or hospitality role
- Based in London
