About the role
Our Training team are dedicated experts, guiding our schools through remote and onsite sessions, setting them up for success using Arbor’s Management Information System (MIS).
In this role you will work with key school staff to ensure successful use of the platform by delivering informative and engaging training sessions. This role will have a focus on secondary schools to help them be successful with modules such as attendance, payments, behaviour and assessments.

Core responsibilities
Delivering remote web-based and in-person training to our schools with an emphasis on Secondary schools and MATs and their stakeholders.
Engaging your audience by understanding their requirements and tailoring your sessions to the end users.
Selling the benefits of the Arbor MIS platform modules bespoke to the customer.
Having an in-depth understanding of Arbor’s functionality, features, best practice and being able to articulate these to customers to help them get the most out of their use of Arbor.
Understanding your end users, how they use the product and how to set them up for success with long term use of the product.
Excellent organisational skills - you will be juggling a range of schools, training sessions and in different locations.
Keeping up to date with a fast paced product, including updates, changes to legislation and adapting to new processes as we scale.
To own the training materials and keep these relevant including designing training course content.
Ability to self-reflect, feeding back to relevant members of the team internally an overview of the session and any outstanding actions to ensure the customer receives a well rounded experience.
Willing to travel to national client sites between 1-4 days per week
About you
Experience delivering engaging training with proven success of increasing uptake and usage with a product.
Driving licence required
Ability to understand and articulate technology to a range of individuals, including non-technical users
Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
Have a positive approach to learning new things, troubleshoot potential issues and help provide solutions.
Relevant background in the education sector. We are looking for people who are familiar with the terminology, processes within a secondary school, particularly around assessments and behaviour, and can hit the ground running.
Friendly, eager to get stuck in and always willing to help.
Good sense of humour and able to inspire others.
We are looking for someone who has initiative and isn’t afraid of a challenge!
