About the role

We are world leaders in sustainable website design and development and maintain strong relationships with many organisations making positive changes in the world.

This is a great opportunity for a developer to become an integral part of our team. You’ll be working with various positive organisations and charities, carrying out a wide range of development work to update and improve their websites. 

You will:

  • Crafting beautiful experiences on the web
  • Writing clean and robust code
  • Styling sites using elegant, modernCSS
  • Building using semantic HTML
  • Utilising JavaScript (vanilla or frameworks) to improve experiences
  • Putting performance, sustainability and accessibility at the heart of everything you build

Bonus experience of:

  • Managing WordPress sites (installing and updating plugins, using the Gutenberg editor, etc.)
  • Server configuration and management
  • Utilising build tools (e.g. Gulp, Sass, Webpack)

You will be working across a range of positive projects within an open-minded and supportive team whilst also developing your skills and knowledge. For this role, we're keen to hear from both junior or mid-weight developers.

Compensation and benefits:

Our Recruitment Process:

  • From there, we’ll ask you to complete a development test that we’ve put together
  • If you’ve wowed us with your coding skills, we’ll invite you to attend a face-face interview with our Developers, People team and our Directors.
