The company is a young, fast-paced, and dynamic firm based out of an open-plan office by the Thames in Hammersmith. As of Summer 2022, the business is looking at an exciting phase of growth with a number of new hires.
Job Outline
Oppidan is looking for an organised and enthusiastic client manager to join our growing client management team. This is a job which carries lots of responsibility, involves sales and the administration of sales accounts, and requires somebody organised and efficient to manage their own clients who engage with Oppidan and its services.
Key Responsibilities
· Supporting client enquiries by phone/email, then working to match them with a mentor
· Working collaboratively towards monthly membership and mentoring hours targets
· Analysis of sales figures and strategy around business growth
· Managing your own client accounts proactively and with due customer care
· Supporting our mentor manager with mentor recruitment, including reviewing applications and undertaking interviews
· Working closely with the co-founders in supporting our most active clients
· Undertaking individual, additional projects to develop your skills and support other areas of the business
· Working collaboratively with the client team and the wider business to enhance our membership content offering for families
Essential Skills
This client-facing role suits an ambitious, hard-working, and confident candidate with strong organisational and communication skills. Prior experience in sales is looked upon favourably but is not essential. In joining the business at a particularly pivotal moment of scale-up growth, the ideal candidate will be able to settle quickly into a fast-paced team, determined to make an impact in the education sector.
