About the opportunity

We are recruiting for a Product Manager within the Healthy and Sustainable Diets portfolio at Soil Association. The role presents a unique opportunity to develop and drive our products and programmes against our ambitious ten-year strategy outcomes. The role will oversee the whole product development life cycle of the programmes, schemes and projects within the HSD portfolio. This includes gathering and prioritising audience requirements, undertaking product reviews, defining product vision, conceptualising product development and implementation. This role will play a vital part in the delivery of our ambitions for impact on Climate, Nature and Health, ensuring our products and programmes are forward facing and driving the change we want to see in the world.

About you

The Innovation Team is a small but growing team, committed to driving our work across our Healthy and Sustainable Diets portfolio towards our 2030 Strategy. We are looking for someone who takes real pride in making products and programmes meaningful, impactful, innovative and exciting. You will have proven experience in product management, with knowledge of every aspect of the product development life cycle. You will be a confident project manager, with experience of driving large-scale product development initiatives. You will be motivated by the Soil Association’s mission to regenerate our world in balance with nature, restoring good health and a safe climate for all, and within that, the desire for healthy and sustainable diets to be the norm for all.
