About Us

The Electric Car Scheme's mission is to make it easier for companies and their employees to make green choices. We provide employers with a new employee benefit that allows their employees to switch to electric cars, for less!

In short, we do for electric cars what the ‘Cycle to Work Scheme’ did for bicycles.

The Electric Car Scheme is the first offering from Net Zero Choices. We believe that each person wants to make choices to achieve a net zero future. What the job involves

  • You’ll provide a 5* candidate experience by directly interacting with candidates and hiring managers to coordinate next stages via phone and email and balancing calendars with interviewers.
  • Identify, engage with and close candidates from a variety of recruitment channels, including Linkedin, Otta, Indeed and more. 
  • Be responsible for the entire candidate journey from identification, engagement, screening and offer management through to day 1 at The Electric Car Scheme.
  • Immerse yourself in TECS culture, understanding the needs and ambition of the business.
  • Create a great candidate experience which will reflect positively on our employer brand.

Requirements

  • Recruitment experience, from either agency or an in house talent team.
  • Ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle from engagement, screening through to interview and offer management. 
  • Strong appreciation for a great candidate experience.
  • Strong Communication both internally with stakeholders and externally with candidates.
  • Experience recruiting for high growth businesses would be a big plus but not mandatory.
