💻 About the Role

We’re looking to hire a Go Developer to join our growing technology team, where you'll get involved in building brand new features for the Vitl website and taking part in all parts of the SDLC, from generating ideas and concepts through to building simple solutions to complex problems. It's a fantastic opportunity to have a real impact on the lives of our customers around the world.

You’re independent and well organised, enjoy taking ownership and responsibility for a project, and consistently deliver high quality work. You'll have worked on several applications/services using the Go programming language, have a keen interest in microservices and get excited about using the latest tools and technologies.

Requirements

👩‍💻 A bit about you...

You have strong skills in:

• Good knowledge of Go programming language
• Comfortable working with databases, such as MySQL
• Experience working with a cloud environment, ideally AWS
• Interested in microservices, with an awareness of the benefits / drawbacks
• Believe in clean coding and simple solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
