Building a pioneering, personalised and integrated Community offer and experience for all of our apprentices and alumni is critical to the success of the business. The Multiverse Community is a diverse network of 5000+ apprentices and alumni based in the UK and US. Through their membership of the Community, apprentices have access to a host of opportunities designed to support their growth and on programme learning and achieve their goals. Our Community also gives them a platform to connect with other members to build their personal and professional network.
Multiverse Community Development Opportunities enable members to invest in their personal and professional development, with commitment ranging from a few weeks to up to six months. Through Development Opportunities they form strong bonds, experience exponential growth and receive exclusive benefits. In return, participants typically become our strongest advocates and Community contributors. Current Development Opportunities include Multiverse Mentoring, the Buddy Scheme and apprentice leadership programme, Elevate, and are delivered through our emerging Aspire, Learn and Connect pods.
We are looking for an innovative, entrepreneurial and organised Community Programmes Executive to lead the development, execution and scale of our Learn pod of Development Opportunities. You will be responsible for a creating and delivering world class, engaging, scalable and repeatable opportunities, aligned to our suite of digital, business and data skills focused apprenticeships, that are designed to;
- Complement apprentice on programme learning, targeting specific points in the apprentice journey and creating shared developmental experiences with community members
- Support our Coaching Team, through bringing the application of learning to life
- Be accessible and inclusive for our diverse, global Community
- Contribute to apprentice on programme success
- Complement the existing Community offering
- Drive sustained engagement within the Multiverse Community
Your previous experience may have been in Learning & Development, Curriculum Design or delivering employability skills programmes.
Responsibilities
- Seek external inspiration and utilise your experience to build a world class, scaleable portfolio of Development Opportunities that are integrated or complement on programme apprentice experience, using data and insight and leveraging and securing technical and regional (US or UK) audience expertise as required
- Delivery, evaluation and scale of our existing Decoding Data development opportunity
- Utilising a range of programme delivery methods and frameworks to set the Learn pod up for scale
- Keeping an excellent apprentice experience at the heart of everything you do
- Seeking, analysing and acting on feedback to continually improve the offer
- Quickly building professional relationships with apprentices and Coaches, efficiently and creatively problem solving when stakeholders have issues or challenges
- Collaborating with colleagues in the Community team to ensure a joined up apprentice experience
- Work closely with the Community Partnerships Team to identify client championing building or potential programme sponsorship opportunities
- Identifying and actioning opportunities to demonstrate the impact of the work we do internally and externally
- Be a thought leader - drive innovation, excellence and best practice in learning programme delivery, actively seeking out external inspiration and contributing to the overall success of the Community Team and business through sharing expertise and involvement in cross functional projects.
The right candidate will have:
- At least 3+ years experience of developing and delivering learning and development programmes aligned with curriculums, or similar
- Experience of independently designing and delivering highly engaging, accessible and impactful opportunities at scale
- Experience of effectively utilising engaging asynchronous and synchronous delivery methods
- An enthusiasm for user-centred design and creating transformational experiences for community members, led by analysing data and measuring impact
- Experience in creating compelling communications and marketing collateral to maximise engagement from various audiences
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills which you are able to vary according to audience, e.g young adults, senior business leaders, Multiverse Team and clients
- Commercial acumen - you are able to recognise the commercial potential of Development Opportunities and utilise it to build stronger client relationships through new and entrepreneurial approaches
- An enthusiasm for creative problem-solving and bias for action - you are excited by the prospect of identifying and tackling the biggest challenges with innovative solutions and a can-do attitude
- An analytical and entrepreneurial mindset - you are always looking for ways to learn and improve
