Requirements
You will partner with a Learning Designer and Subject Matter Expert to revise the curriculum for a US and UK Digital Marketing apprenticeship/applied learning curriculum. The period of work will begin May 2022 at approximately 15-25 hours/month and last until November 2022 with the option to extend into a permanent role.
Specifically you will:
- Collaborate with Learning Designer and Subject Matter Expert in scoping, revising, and developing hands-on, learner-centric content
- Revise the Digital Marketing program by:
- Auditing the program for places to strengthen
- Ensuring all programs have lesson plans, slide decks with scripts, and additional resources to support apprentices in learning
- Adding in critical checks for understanding including multiple choice questions and other checkpoints
- Designing summative assessments including individual projects and presentations
The ideal candidate has the following:
- Experience working with learning design principles
- Experience developing curriculum
- Ability to problem-solve and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Success partnering with key stakeholders on projects
- An orientation towards growth
