Travel is back for good! Come be a part of it as an Industry Partnerships Manager
As an Industry Partnership Manager, you’ll be using your love of travel and Intrepid every single day in this agent-facing role, you’ll be on the ground driving sales growth and brand awareness through trade partnerships.
Supporting our key partner accounts, executing campaigns and initiatives, and communicating by trade and social channels you’ll be a key point of contact for our agents when it comes to training, development, and supporting them through the customer journey. From attending and representing the brand at industry events, conferences and roadshows you’ll be the voice of Intrepid at every opportunity!
Every day is different, but some of the core tasks you’ll take the lead on include:
- Business Development, grow awareness of brand and businesses, build initiatives and sales through industry and travel partners.
- Account Management and customer service, be a key point of contact for agents to enhance the customer journey
- Attend industry events, road shows and conferences, organise agent-facing events
- In-person and virtual training and development
- Host and organise overseas agent famil trips and initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing on social media groups and through digital communication/training tools
- Liaise with other departments in the region as well as global to share and collaborate wherever possible
A passion for travel is a must! In addition to that, you’ll bring:
- 3 + years of sales experience
- Excellent account management skills
- Commercial and/or contractual experience
- Experience of travel to core Intrepid destinations
- Project and time management abilities
- Excellent presentation and training skills
You’ll be a great communicator and negotiator, with strong relationship-building skills. You’ll be a natural when it comes to building and strengthening relationships. You'll be unafraid. You zig when others zag and challenge the familiar and ensure you live with integrity in the way you work.

This is a full-time position based in our London office, we believe vaccines play a critical role in the safe return of travel. To ensure our workplaces are safe, we require proof of Covid-19 vaccination when you work from an Intrepid office, attend company events or travel on trips. For those who can’t provide proof of vaccination or a medical exemption, we may offer the option of remote work.
