Our flagship mentoring programme supports students from across the institution to explore their career ambitions through one to one support from industry professionals. This multifaced and autonomous role enables you to work closely with industry as well as front facing with our students and you will be working as part of a small, ambitious team supporting students particularly from our Royal Docks School of Business & Law and Architecture, Computing & Engineering.

In this role you will be hosting mentor panels in the classroom, driving innovative micro mentoring initiatives and working collaboratively with the team to deliver our flagship professional mentoring programme at scale. We are looking for a passionate, creative individual who has experience of delivering mentoring initiatives at scale and has an appetite for a fast paced and impactful delivery. This role will sit within our award-winning careers service and you’ll be joining a committed team of professionals who are highly driven and committed to delivering against our ambitious graduate employability plan and leading transformational change as part of our Vision 2028.
