We believe that everyone has the right to a healthy mind – because we all have mental health, all of the time – and we’re striving to create a world where mental health is universally understood, nurtured, and celebrated.

The Role – Senior Clinical Psychologist

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical or counselling psychologist with specialist experience in staff mental wellbeing. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking, ambitious team of psychologists and researchers who are changing the face of mental health in the workplace.

In this role, you’ll get to oversee the authoring of innovative, evidence-based digital content to promote mentally healthy workplaces; set the roadmap for future workplace content, ensuring we’re addressing the most important topics; collaborate with key internal stakeholders to evolve our data-driven recommendations; and host thought-leading workshops and reflective spaces.

Ways of working

As clinical psychologists working within Unmind, we’ve turned the idea of a traditional MDT on its head. This means collaborating with product managers, commercial leaders, creatives and client specialists, all rowing together to achieve the same aim: to change the face of workplace mental health.

The Science team has a strong professional identity and is established as the backbone of Unmind. We have a solid team culture and we’re committed to excellence and innovation, striving for continuous improvement, and challenging each other to grow and learn.

In this role you’ll report into our Head of Psychology (an experienced clinical psychologist), and you’ll work hand-in-hand with the rest of our Science team, comprised of Research Scientists, Science Comms experts, and fellow psychologists.
