We are growing fast and are looking for our first Enterprise Sales Lead to join our Business Development team. You will be responsible for setting up and leading our enterprise sales processes, with specific personal focus on bringing in new enterprise accounts as we expand our customer base across the UK and globally.


  • Setting up and leading our enterprise sales function at Hubble
  • Consultative selling of Hubble’s products to enterprise customers
  • Designing and implementing new processes and a new revenue stream at Hubble for selling to enterprise customers
  • Customer development—working with the Product team on discovery work to learn specifically what we need to build for enterprise customers
  • Creation of resources and materials with our marketing team to help with sales
  • Expansion of the Business Development outreach internationally in line with our new global products
  • Regular reporting on outbound and inbound performance


  • 3-5 years+ strong experience selling a SaaS product to enterprise customers, preferably with Heads of HR and Operation roles as decision makers
  • Strong experience at a B2B scale-up with a self-starter approach to solving problems with a variety of different technologies and tools
  • An entrepreneurial mindset is important as we build out a new revenue stream by working with enterprise customers
  • A consultative approach to understanding customers and their needs
  • Experience building scalable processes and using different technologies to solve problems
  • Data driven, with a mindset to continuously improve, measure and test
  • Experience with Hubspot is extremely helpful, but not necessary
