We are growing fast and are looking for a new Social and Community Manager to join our marketing team. There are 2 key aspects to the role—one of which is driving and delivering on our social media strategy, the other is engaging and growing our community of People Operations professionals, which will become increasingly key to Hubble’s growth.

Responsibilities:
Social media:
- Devise and execute on a consistent social media strategy that increases brand awareness and drives engagement across key social media channels
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategic plans, and then deliver on the social media plan to reach monthly targets
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social channels, including writing content outreach
- Track and analyse the impact of social media activity
- Identify new social media trends and opportunities that could help boost performance
Community:
- Relaunch and grow our People Ops community—helping to deliver a new rebrand and make a shout about it!
- Engage our members on regular basis, creating a hub that supports them in their day to day roles as a highly valuable resource
- Devise and execute a strategy to grow and engage the existing community, via social channels, referral schemes, branding etc.
- Run activities and events such as talks, meet-ups, and webinars to keep the Hubble and People Ops communities engaged and provide learning opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous B2B social media and/or community experience
- Be eager to learn and be flexible in a fast-paced startup environment
- Have excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills
- Have a good understanding of social media platforms and how to connect with a large audience to build engagement
- Have strong analytical and reporting skills, good attention to detail and the ability to use data to drive effective marketing decisions
- Be a reliable team player who can also work autonomously and take accountability for achieving results
