Senior Technical Writer

We’re hiring a Technical Writer.

We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create technical documentation, which will be the central repository for information on systems, teams, concepts, and processes in Tech, Analytics, and Product (TAP).

Your mission

• Produce high-quality documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on product and documentation requirements.
• Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
• Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
• Create and maintain the information architecture.
• Edit, clarify, and enhance documents written by engineers.

Requirements

• Significant commercial experience in a technical writing position with a tech scale-up.
• Academic background in a technology or numerate discipline.
• Excellent organisation, project management and project prioritisation skills.
• Ability to process complex technical concepts into approachable documentation.
• Outstanding English language written skills & verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
