What's the job?
Papier is looking for a highly organised project manager to support the in-house creative teams’ delivery of projects and campaigns – from brief intake to building timelines, supporting shoot production and final delivery.
This is a Maternity cover role reporting to the Creative Director. You will work closely with the creative, marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver assets for our most important trading period: from Holiday through to New Year. As this is a fixed-term contract, we’re looking for a project manager with proven experience delivering campaigns and performance/growth marketing assets for e-commerce and retail brands. It’s a great opportunity if you enjoy learning businesses and tools and building relationships quickly with teams.
What will you do?
Day to day, you will:
- Proactively manage and monitor the projects through their full lifecycle: from briefs to timelines, resource allocation, reviews and final delivery.
- Process briefs for any projects created by, or coming into, the creative team. You'll ensure clear deadlines and deliverables are outlined.
- Build clear timelines to ensure timely delivery and feedback.
- Coordinate project kick-offs, content meetings and reviews.
- Support the Art Director and Editor with the creative team's project status and capacity
- Regularly check in with key briefing teams and stakeholders.
- Work with buying and marketing teams to ensure on-time product selection and hand over for shoots.
- Support the team with shoot production, freelancers and budget management.
- Help to shape the content process and workflow for campaigns, product launches, collections, partnerships and BAU projects.
Requirements
See below some of the skills and experience we are looking for in the position;
- As a guide, around 4+ years of project management experience across e-commerce or retail brands
- Experience within an in-house/brand creative team
- Proven experience balancing BAU projects as well as variable-size projects.
- Experience in leading projects from start to finish, inclusive of kick-off through to retrospectives.
- Strong knowledge of file specifications; resolution, colour and other digital, print and social output.
- Experience using project management software
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Incredible organisational and prioritisation skills
- Stakeholder management skills and you’re comfortable coordinating with multiple partners across multiple projects.
