The Opportunity

Founded in 2018, Greater Change has grown to a team of 10, and has now supported over 500 clients, 70% of whom move out of homelessness and into long term stability with our support. Our ambition is to directly support 6,000 people per year, whilst maintaining client outcome success rates.

We’re in a strong position to continue growing exponentially: we’ve just received our largest amount of investment yet and have rapidly growing revenues. We've won many awards including one from The Prime Minister and we have strong partners such as Livingbridge, Oxford University Innovation and Newton Europe.

We are looking to appoint an Operations Manager to help build and scale the social enterprise. They will manage GC’s operations executive and will report to the CEO.

Main responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with partner charities
  • Exploring joint bidding opportunities with partner charities
  • Developing Council Contacts/selling council contracts/feeding back to existing partners
  • Writing grant proposals

Preferred experience

  • Experience working within B2B Sales / Account management
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of developing new partnerships, and/or revenue streams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • An understanding of the Charity sector

Compensation

  • £35,000/year
  • Impact linked bonus
  • Up to 5% pension matching

  • The successful candidate will ideally start in October, however we are able to accommodate later starts if necessary
